"Just a heads up. You're giving more than a ride. You're supposed to provide friendly customer service. Which this place has failed to do. That's why I went with the place that is a bit pricier, but I'm willing to pay for it because of good customer service. The person answering the phone is just plain rude and there's nothing welcoming about this person and their tone in which they choose to address customers. I'll be taking my business elsewhere."

"I called to be polite and courteous so they wouldn't make the trip out to were I was at and they said we wasn't going to come out there so we wasn't worried bout it. So please don't use Powell taxi service for they are very rude and non business like. I would not recommend them to anybody. I would walk to were I need to go before I call them ever again."

"They are supposed to transport for TN carriers. They constantly drop rides they already previously booked(as in 1 day before the appointment, last minute saying they can't accommodate) making it very difficult for ppl without transportation to make it to their Drs appointments. Not to mention all of them act as though they hate their jobs and would rather not be doing it. IF YOU CANT ACCOMMODATE A RIDE DONT ACCEPT IT IN THE FIRST PLACE, AND IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB SO MUCH QUIT."
