Domino's Pizza,

"Dude told me basically he ain’t get my order online and so I showed him he said corporate turned off order online so it was @10pm when I made the order and I’m like why when they start doin that he said idk I guess cus I’m by myself I’m like huh so they put you by yourself too ? And then I said so I can’t make an order he pretty much was sayin no so yea i usually have good experience but not this day . And I go here alll the time .but if they jus gone be cancelling orders ect cus short staff im jus gone find somewhere else to go"

"Ordered pizza yesterday for my kids to have & done a contactless delivery. The order said it was delivered, but wasn't outside my house. I called to see where my order had been left and got hung up on. I called back, and the delivery driver said he was going to go back to get the pizza that he delivered to the wrong house and take it to my house. I refused for him to bring some food that has been sitting outside someone else's house to my house for my kids to eat and the so called manager(Ann) stated that she would just cancel my order and I could go somewhere else. This isn't the first bad experience I've had there!!!! I'll never give them my business again. Their customer service is terrible and the managers shouldn't be managing ANYTHING!!!"

"When I pulled up to the pickup window I hit the doorbell and 3 workers just ignored me for 6 minutes then when they came to the window they said they couldn't accept cash for my order. When I pulled back up with a card I hit the doorbell and waited for 5 minutes before I hit it again. Then waited for 5 minutes and hit it again. Finally I pulled out of the window pickup line and went in to the store to see what's going on and pay for my order. One of the workers was just engaging in small talk with one of the other customers. The food itself was good but the service and lack of it encourages me to go elsewhere next time I want pizza."

"Honestly I order from dominos a few times a month and have never had an issue. My pizza was taking a little longer than usual so I called and the manager was more than accommodating. Out of any pizza place in Dyersburg, this location is 10/10. Customer service is so important and this location is not lacking at all. Not to mention the pizza is always hot and fresh. Highly recommend to any pizza lovers out there."

"Not the best picture but the food was fire. I was in town for a month and ordered three times ! It was great every time. Devin was super nice !!! We ordered pizza and tots a couple times. Super yummy & hot. Fast service. Love the drive thru !"
