"I rarely stop at this station for gas. They never have receipt tape in their pumps. This morning, I was in a hurry and made an exception. Not surprisingly there was no receipt tape. There was a long line inside. My son took the entire time I was pumping to pay for 2 drinks. So I walked in and asked my son to pick up the receipt since he was already in line. I also made a comment that there is never any receipt tape in the pump. At least two other people in line nodded in agreement. One of the clerks heard me and handed me my receipt. I said thanks and left the building. However, my son was still in line and heard the two clerks proceed to mouth of about me and my comment. If this station isn’t going to keep pumps full can they at least provide a way to email me my receipts. This seems to be a dyersburg only issue. I don’t have this problem at the Casey’s in Union City."

"Really long line. Customer had problem with payment so the cashier asked another cashier to check people out. She laughed and said she wasn't clocked in yet."

"My company is headquartered in Dyersburg and I stopped by this store to get cigarettes, drinks, and snacks for my road trip (I am a truck driver). While I was there I decided to grab a piece of pizza. I really wasn't expecting much from a gas station, but as soon as I tasted that first piece of pizza I was very pleasantly surprised! The cheese was AMAZING, it was crispy, the sauce tasted great and the pepperoni was cooked perfectly. I am a BIG fan of good pizza and I would seriously rank their pizza among my favorites. I live near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and we have many options around here, but nothing that I would call good (other than a restaurant called Sal's Ristaurante and they own a separate place called Boardwalk Pizza, which is also really good). Still, I couldn't believe how good Casey's pizza was! Keep it up!"

"We've been coming here for quite a while now and there are usually no problems. Tonight, the cashier had a little girl running around touching everything behind the counter and refused to fix the error of not being able to use rewards. Forcing us to pay more than we normally would for the same products and denying us points. No point in returning now if the only benefit is that I don't have to show this woman my ID to buy tobacco."

"I come to the store occasionally, and it’s always clean inside and out. I’m not sure as to what the other posters are referring to when they talk about the parking lot being dirty, as every time I come here, the parking lot is clean and well-kept. The cashiers are usually friendly, but I fully realize that they are trying to do their best to accommodate the people in line, which they do with pretty good efficiency in my humble opinion."
