"Just sit stuck in line for 40 minutes. They had what looked like 2 employees working. We had ordered 5 blizzards. Pulled up to the window after 40 minutes and they still wanted us to wait for our ice cream. I and my family will never go there again. Worst service in Dyersburg!!!"

"Forget ever going to this place. Only 3 employees during lunch. One in the kitchen, one at dine in counter and one at drive thru. They could not keep up with orders. My 2 cheeseburgers were cold and the cheese not melted. 4 cars waiting on orders at the drive thru and 4 more were in line. If you can't properly staff the restaurant then don't bother to open."

"Being a top %20 restaurant reviewer on good I'll tell it how it is. First off, the food is food at this location. I ordered the 4 piece honey bbq chicken strip basket. The fries were good as well as the chicken, although it was a tad bit cold. When I arrived inside the restaurant though I waited at the front counter a good ten minutes before being helped. The employees noticed me but did not greet me and were solely focused on doing drive thru orders. I recieved my good at a decent time after but they forgot my toast that was suppose to come with it. I came back to the front counter to ask for the toast and the woman (who looked to be the manager) was taking an elderly couples order in front of me. She looked as if she did not want to be there at all and almost annoyed at having to take an order. I asked for my toast and she looked even more annoyed at having to get what came with my order. I said thank you as I'm always well-mannered and got no response. After I ate inside I went to the drive through for an ice cream. That took about 20 minutes. I definely would not call this establishment fast food and come here to eat if you're in a huhorror expect great service. Besides the negatives, the food is pretty good though, but I will save my bucks for Chick fil a next time for better food and friendly service."
