Glen Applegate made sure to listen to our needs and questions, and make several reasonable recommendations- we never once felt that he was trying to sell to us, more to meet a need and make sure we had what we wanted. What he showed us first is what we ended up with, the Kawasaki Mule FXT 1000, which says a lot about his ability to read us and know his inventory and product. We test drive a few different kinds of side by sides, and then the Mule a second time, which helped solidify it for us. We were able to get the trailer there as well! Glen was a great resource, and passed us to Brandon to review the warranties, and then David to review the trailer and Mike inspection. "Edit: I brought my 2023 CRF300L to them for non-warranty engine work. It was a big job and Honda didn't have all of the parts (gaskets) available. This didn't stop their service manager, Chad, from pulling out all the stops to get the missing parts and getting my bike back together in time for me to take it on a two week camping trip to FL. Big thank you to Chad and his team. So for the service department's stellar performance and their great parts department I've improved their rating. I haven't had any recent dealing with the sales department."

"Initally bought a battery from them. Took the battery home and installed it in my motorcycle which didn't work. Tested the battery and it was dead. Drove back and the person working at the parts counter tested it in front of me and stated it wouldn't hold a load and it was bad. Was then told that I needed to leave my contact information so they could test it again. Got a call the next day that the battery was now "questionable" which is a joke. Was told that I could wait a week for them to exact swap the battery or pay $12 for an upgrade. Asked them if they could comp me the $12 seeing as though I had to drive out a 3rd time for their mistake which is an hour round trip for me, they refused to do that. All in all just a sketchy place, proceed with caution."
