"We had the best experience working with Pool Warehouse! Every time we called in with questions, everyone was so helpful and courteous. I especially am grateful to Renee B for her customer service helping us with our pool delivery. Our location was not easy to deliver to and she helped us find the best way to make it happen with the least amount of stress. Her customer service was top notch! We will be working with Pool Warehouse for all our future pool needs!"
"A pleasant experience. I ordered an actuator and was surprised to find it in my mailbox just days after the order. It was packed very well and worked beautifully, solving a problem which had been causing us some distress. Thanks Pool Warehouse. I'll be ordering again whenever I need new supplies."
"This company completely scammed us. We places a order for a Hayward salt cell online and paid in full over $900. They then canceled our order for absolutely no reason two days later. Now we have to wait 5-7 days for our refund. I would highly recommend not using Pool Warehouse. They will not send your order."
"Things I wish I would have known: The delivery service is curbside only. It says that they may or may not have a lift on the truck to get it down, if they don’t have a lift you are required to help get it off the truck and you should have a fork lift on hand. What? That is ridiculous. So we ended up hiring guys (to the tune of $400) to come and help us, as the weather was not going to be great and it is just my husband and I. Then we were told that we would get a call for the delivery 30 minutes before, which we didn’t. So the guys we hired weren’t there when they delivered it (luckily the truck did have a lift). It says if they don’t call- so I assume this happens frequently- that you can reschedule, how inconvenient. Our forecast was terrible weather for more than week and our guys were now on there way, so we decided to go ahead with the delivery. I had also given the delivery company specific instructions about where to turn in and park, since we live on a busy street, and there is access at the back. They instead parked right in front and blocked traffic on the busy road. There were reviews about issues with getting damaged parts fixed from the company. The email says that you need to get an exception number and write that there was damage on the paperwork. There were some holes in our boxes, but when I mentioned this to the delivery driver he had no idea what I was talking about, he had no number to give me and there is nowhere to make a note, unless you refuse delivery. Luckily there is only one tiny scuff on one of the legs of the bench and a mis-drilled hole inside the bench, but other than that it was in great shape. I would have been pretty miffed if something was broken and we couldn’t get it replaced because it was impossible to get the delivery service to do what the company’s email says you have to do to get something fixed. So overall we are very pleased with our pool/ping pong game table. It is sturdy and works beautifully. The kids are thrilled, but I think my husband and I have played it the most. But definitely took off one star for the delivery hassle, because it was an expensive hassle. If I had known, I may have kept shopping around. I’d rather pay more up front than have surprise issues with the delivery. Now that it is up, we love it, but knowing this delivery information up front would have been nice."
"I haven’t installed the pool yet but did receive everything and it seems to be in good condition and made well. The steel walls for the pool I ordered took about 3-4 longer to arrive than estimated so it ended up being too late to install this year and u will have to wait until spring now. Overall, ordering is easy with plenty of help from sales reps prior to purchasing. Receiving all the parts of the pool is much different. There are multiple deliveries, some weeks apart. A detailed part list and part list at delivery was not available so it is difficult if not impossible to know if you have everything or not. Instructions say to contact customer service when receiving shipment or having questions but I found it impossible to get anyone on the phone while the truck was at my residence so if you have questions or issues before the driver leaves you will be out of luck. Calling customer service and getting a person on the phone in general was difficult. I did end up calling the sales line a couple times just to get transferred right back to the customer service line with no one answering. Emailing customer service and getting a reply worked better but can take a little while so be patient. I was resolved to not getting a reply but Brittany in customer service did help me resolve a problem with some missing parts and that was appreciated. She was friendly, followed up with the manufacturer and made sure I got what I needed."
