"The best sports shop at this mall. They got one of thee best customer service (especially on a busy Saturday). All three employees were very attentive and tried their best to get us the item we were searching for which was a sugar skull hat in a certain size. Though they did not have the item available, we didn’t leave empty handed as they had other hats with stand-out designs."

"As I told the 2 managers at the store. I was going to write a review about the poor service received. I was not approach to see if I needed assistance. After when I approached them to pay they didnt even greeted me. I had to go get my card from my car came back and both the man and woman said to be the manager were not friendly at all. On top of that I was been charged a different price from the one on the tag. Just my feedback, they may not care but If it's not for clients they get no paycheck. But of course since they're just employees they dont care."
