"I bought 2dresses from them the came pretty quick but one of the dresses split is to high and the other dress isn’t the dress I ordered I email them to try and return them with no luck I have called to stores and no one answers the phones. I will never shop here again. The fact they sent me a whole different dress from what I ordered they don’t do refunds and I’m being charged to send it back to them is beyond me. The pictures below is what I ordered the orange dress split is to high for me and the black dress to the left is what I ordered and the other black dress is what I got NEVER AGAIN"

"This company is so unprofessional. I paid for express shipping because I was going out of town and I didn’t want my packages sitting outside, and they did not come on time. Not only were they three days late, but they were stolen from my front door due to the fact of me being out of town. I have made a police report and contact this company multiple times, each time with a worse excuse than the last of why they can not help me. First time I have ever ordered on this website. DO NOT pay for express shipping it is a rip off."

"Not to please with there customer service support can’t get a hold of no one and they don’t reply to emails, I received my order last week. One of my items was zippered was broken off and I have yet to hear from them, so definitely if you’re ordering online just know what your getting, your probably not able to return."

"I first heard of Fashion Nova as an online clothing store. I was curious if they had actual stores because I didn't have time to have something shipped. I drove about an hour out of my way to find out they only carry up to a size large. The majority of women are larger than that. I don't understand why they didn't carry plus sizes. Very disappointing that stores are still like this."
