"Hi, The person (woman) who served me was rude and had bad service. I had to ask for my receipt and she gave it to me in a bad way. I am putting this so they can locate the person and get their attention and be nicer to customers if she has problems or she doesn't like her job, it's easy for her to quit and that's it."

"I saw a piece of clothing on a mannequin and couldn't find it so I asked a girl with shoulder length colored hair where I can find it. She corrected me that it was not a top but lingerie in the lingerie section with a pompous attitude. I felt extremely embarrassed and unwelcome."

"⚠️ Wach out for this scam on H&M Montebello!!⚠️ Today I try to purchase a sweatshirt that I saw online at 9.99 when I got to the store found that that the sweatshirt was 14.99 with a sticker that they have put over the tag, so I try to price match for what it was on online, the cashier give me a hard time but finally give up because one employee have told me that they can price match, when I got out the store I realized I have bought the wrong size went back to exchange it and the store manager Marc told me that I would have to pay extra because they pourpusly change the tag to 14.99 on the size that I need so now I went and show him from the same pile of where all sweatshirts were the same, that some have a sticker some change tags but all are the same product, but he insisted on pulling this scam so I had to buy a bigger size from the ones that only have the sticker on. Up load fotos so you can see and beware 50% mark up on the clothes is a scam!"
