"Called today to inquire about trading in a couple of firearms. I live an hour away from the business and wanted to see if they have an interest in the firearms that I would like to trade in or possibly consign. The gentleman I spoke with was very rushed and told me he was in the middle of a sale to a customer. I would have been glad to provide my phone number for him to call me back when he had time to talk but he didn't ask. All he could tell me is that I would have to come in and see if they have an interest in them or not. I understand that you cannot give a quote without seeing the firearms in person but having some idea if they would even be interested would have helped me determine if I should make the 2 hour roundtrip drive. I also explained I'm in the market to purchase a $2,000 rifle as well. From all the positive reviews I gather it is a great place to do business. Maybe just got the wrong person on the phone. Hopefully this will be taken as constructive feedback."
