"I do not like going to this location. THe cashier Madison and keyholder tori are horrible people. Im honestly surprised they let tori work there cause i heard she and her family does nothing but steal from that store. the manager and assistant manager if you ever need them they are never in the store and when they are they refuse to leave their office. THis location honestly needs to be shut down!!"
"Clean, well stocked, good prices, and friendly staff. Always feel welcomed. Sure, there are a few items that you have to make the long trip out of the Valley & over the mountain to stock up on every few weeks, but Dollar General is convenient for everyday shopping."
"a good place to visit if you need a few things, but you won't find everything here. this dollar general doesn't get deliveries as often as they should, which is moreso the fault of the people that deliver, but they also just don't have a few things that you would find in a grocery store, like produce. the cashiers are always very nice, though, and have never been rude or mean to me."
"Best customer service ever. Went to multiple different places in Rogersville looking to fill up helium balloons for my graduation and no one would. I called the dollar store and they said it was no problem. Brought the balloons in and the two women were very helpful and filled them up no problem."
