"I think the prices at this Goodwill are reasonable. Also, all the staff, including the Newest Manager are very kind. UPDATE: JANUARY 2023 Prices at this location are still reasonable I'm my opinion. It seems like each time I shop in here I find something. The colored "half off" stickers & Senior Day on Mondays is a blessing to those who need it. Also, when ever I take donations. The employees always write you a "TAX statement." Thanks to this Goodwill at Cross Street!"
"One of the only clothing stores in the county. This goodwill is very well stocked with quality clothes along with home decor. Ranging from pocket books to flatwear Seasonal to everyday staples. Goodwill in New tazewell is a great place to stop in the winter months and the central heat is surely over worked. The location in central tazewell provides ease off the highway with multiple shops in the complex."
"Clothes are overpriced, they started charging 2.99 a disc for movies. Three dollars a disc for movies that have more then one is outrageous. They no longer give you 10% off for bringing bags in. The lady running the register was clearing her throat with her mouth open, no mask. I will NEVER go back to the Tazwell goodwill."
"Goodwill in New Tazewell is the only other store besides bigbox retailer to offer clothes and household items for the small community. Always a smiling warm clerk and clean well stocked store"
