"Was shopping here have medical condition and needed to use bathroom was denied said was not public made wife leave her buggy that was full just to go to the food city and use the bathroom and didn't return bad policy."

"Shopped this Church Hill location on Friday, August 17 2021. New guy at the counter rang in one of my items twice. I went back into the store to let him know I only bought one hair color and needed a refund for the one I didn't buy but got charged for. The woman training him just sat on a shelf behind the counter. It took him 20 minutes to issue what i thought was a refund. I signed a refund receipt and slid my card back through the POS. Needless to say he charged me yet again for another hair color instead of reversing the charge. So now I have paid for 2 boxes of hair dye that I did NOT get! The charge showed up this morning on my account and I no longer have my receipt. Check those receipts before you leave this place!"

"My daughter and I wanted to do some shopping. We walked in the door and ask to use the restroom before spending some of my hard earned money. The lady very rudely said there was no restroom for customers. In the future I suggest letting customers use the facility. We will not be back."
