"During the big snow of '24, our usual pharmacy was closed and we needed a prescription ASAP. Kroger Pharmacy was still open, and not only were we able to get the prescription resent, they filled it promptly and cheerfully even though they were super busy and short staffed and we were new. We are switching our business to this pharmacy that actually wants to take care of people!"
"So I've been a patient here for a few years and I come in once a month like clock work. I call the day my medication is due, they fill it, and I go pick it up. Well, this time, I call to fill and they say "unfortunately we don't have it in stock". My prescription had been called in for 3 days, so a courtesy phone call would have been nice. I'm on Suboxone and you can't just stop taking it. I was told to go to a different location to get a 4 day supply. I'm supposed to have a month's supply. The second pharmacist suggested I get strips instead of generic tabs. The whole reason I get the tabs is because my insurance won't pay for strips! I don't know what to even do at this point and it's scary. I've been sober for over 3 years now and I've worked so hard. Something like this really puts me and people like me in jeopardy. And no, we can't just go to the emergency room. They already accuse everyone of being "drug seekers" and they treat us on MAT like active users. Even if they would give us a dose, that still wouldn't solve the problem. All that could be avoided if they would make calls letting patients know the medications they take are not available BEFORE they're due to be filed and picked up."
"Ryan for the win!!!! So refreshing to talk to kind and patient human. Thank you. How much are you paying Ryan?? I bet it's not enough."
"I feel badly for the pharmacist. He's nice, but the 2 girls who are supposed to be doing their jobs are inefficient and have zero customer service skills. Yikes."
"Very rude customer service associate who lied and said the pharmacist made a note that it was a one time prescription fill it's all cool with me but be honest with yourself it'll make you a better person and maybe lead to a raise, but when I asked for the pharmacist name and you give me a street name like pretty... The story obviously sounds made up"
