"Placed an order Monday and was assured it was going out Tuesday and would arrive by Thursday. I called Tuesday because I haven't received a notification that it had sent. I was again reassured that the order was going out that night and would be here Thursday. Today I got an email saying that the package left the facility and would be here Friday. After two phone calls asking that the package be here Thursday even if I had to pay extra to be here sooner and now its going to be here Friday. I called at 6:25 (I know it closes at 6:30 but that's when I got the email) and it went to voicemail. Your voicemail box is full by the way."
