"May change my rating later but hope you don't have a scheduled induction cause that won't happen had one scheduled and at this point we've been waiting 2 days. Apparently a schedule means nothing you just sit at home and wait for them to call you."
"I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Roussis & team at Fort Sanders. I suffered a loss, and they were empathetic, supportive and guided me through with science amd sensitivity. I was blessed to get pregnant again 4 months later. There were complications. They were very thorough and attentive. They offered peace and knowledge in a time of great anxiety and helped with my thousands of questions and needs all the way through. They listened to me and helped me make my own educated decisions. The delivery was not easy and they literally saved my baby’s life. Could not recommend more."
"I don’t understand all of the bad reviews. I had all 3 of my babies at tennova but they do not take my insurance anymore, so I transferred to this office despite the reviews. They have been AMAZING! I’m always in and out in a timely manner and they have been so helpful with any questions or concerns I have had. They don’t make me feel rushed or like just a number. I see a NP and physician every visit and I have liked them all. As far as labor and delivery, they are separate so I can’t speak on that just yet. But I’m hoping it’s just as great!"
"My wife had a terrible experience here. They told her she had gestational diabetes on her 1st visit though the tests came back negative. They refused to actually give her a glucose test even after we requested it. And when she declined an unneeded vaginal ultrasound sound they gave us attitude. Some of the staff was nice others were moody. We had to fight to get her records just to find out the doctors falsely quoted her and had contradictory results. They did tests that we specifically declined. They also falsified records saying she was a smoker when she is not. They documented that she was a high risk pregnancy when no one had talked to her about that. And that's just the tip of the iceberg after only 3 visits."
"Knoxville's location is absolutely terrible. You are a number and nothing else. I waited an entire month for my genetic testing results which they wouldn't release without talking to me since something was wrong. When I asked why they didn't call me with them since something was wrong, they simply thought it was fine to wait a WHOLE month from when they received them to tell me at my next appointment. Second, I had an appt. on Wednesday but called Monday to see if they had any later times that same day or any openings the following Wednesday by chance since mine was early at 8:45 am. The lady on the phone said she didn't, but would message the DR and US tech to see if they could get me in somewhere else. I asked her to please leave my appt. since I did need it and if there were no other openings I would still come. She agreed to leave it and said she would call me if something changes. I did not receive a call or voice mail. So, I showed up Wednesday at 8:45 for my appt. only to be told it had been changed to Friday at 8:15. I let them know about the conversation I had Monday with a receptionist and that I had never received a call or message so I showed up. I also never asked to have my appt. moved to Friday I asked for a later one Wednesday or the following Wednesday. They checked and were able to confirm this was true but told me they were completely booked and they would not be able to see me. They talked to me like it was in fact my fault that I showed up Wednesday and not on Friday. HOW WOULD I KNOW TO COME ON FRIDAY WHEN I GOT NO CALL OR EVEN A VOICE MAIL. BUT WHY WOULD YOU CHANGE A PATIENT'S APPT. WITHOUT TALKING TO THEM FIRST???! I let them know I had driven 2 hours one way (4 hour trip there and back) to get there and I needed to be seen especially since this wasn't my fault. I offered to hang around all day if necessary since I didn't want to drive 4 hours for nothing. They again told me they were totally booked and there was no way I would be seen. I asked them why since I had driven 2 hours one way and it wasn't my fault. She said they wouldn't see me. She then asked if I wanted her to print an appointment reminder for Friday so I would "actually remember". After handing me the appointment reminder I tried to keep talking to see if they could try and squeeze me in or go talk to a manager and the two girls ignored me and started working on other things. Completely ignoring me. I didn't raise my voice, swear, or do anything disrespectful. THEY DIDN'T APOLOGIZE ONCE! I have worked as a MA, Receptionist, and Office Manager for 9 years and you do not treat people like that. They didn't try to fix their mistake at all, treated me like it was my fault, didn't apologize, and were super disrespectful. They didn't even try to compensate me for gas or anything. I have never been treated so badly and it wasn't my fault. I realize they have a million patients and me not going back won't affect them but I hope they know how badly they made me feel. 0/10 this is a TERRIBLE office."
