"If you want any of your prescriptions to be called to a pharmacy, you should go elsewhere. I've now called 7 times since the first of December to get my RXs filled by Dr Barry and have now run out of my Rx and no options to get them. So frustrating! Find another MD!"

"I made a first time appointment with Dr Audrey Barry in Jacksboro for a Pap smear and I was told that I didn’t need one because I was 60 years of age. I told her that I also needed a mammogram and she said she could do a physical check to see if I had any lumps. She and her office assistant proceeded to man-handle my breasts to the point of extreme pain, and I told them that they were hurting me. She charged my insurance for a full womens wellness that SHOULD have included a Pap smear, and when I went to another gyno a month or so later, I got charged for a Pap smear because I only get one a year on my plan. I will never go back to this doctor if you want to call her that.vERY unprofessional"

"Almost impossible to get anybody to answer and yet the office is always empty. No reminder calls or text messages. Staff was extremely rude. I made it to my first appointment that I’ve waited for 2 months, only for them to tell me I need my insurance card after I already have been a patient there with the same insurance. Would have been helpful considering I drove an hour to get to my appointment. The doctors were always decent, receptionist are rude, unprofessional and unorganized."
