"Waited over an hour to see the doctor to her test results from an outpatient surgery. I understand that doctors get behind but over an hour to wait is unacceptable. Was 15 minutes early for the appointment. I was on time. Why can’t doctors do a better job with time management?? She is a capable doctor but I’m really disappointed in her staff. Will not be recommending her"

"This was probably the best doctor I have ever had in my life. I always feel like they don’t care or never put my concerns first. She was amazing, gave me all information I needed about my issue. I have never had this kind of treatment before and it was probably the most heart warming as I was putting my life in her hands. The nurses there are incredible. I wish I still lived in TN. "I have been gong to CWH for almost 10 years now. Their doctors and nurses are really amazing. I have gone through 2 pregnancies with them. I only gave them 3 stars because their wait times have really gotten bad. I always have to wait between 30 and 60 minutes after my scheduled appt time. Not sure if they are understaffed or taking too many appts in one day? But it really is not ideal, especially for a working mother."

"The whole staff is awesome. I usually see one of the NP's, and they are all so nice and caring. Great atmosphere. They helped me through 2 successful pregnancies and deliveries. And they have THE BEST PHLEBOTOMIST EVER- her name is Cat. She alone is worth the visit."

"I’ve been a patient with CWH for over 5 years and I love it! They are considerate and helpful. I’ve had two children and experienced excellent pre-natal care with both. My postnatal care after my second was exceptional especially since I had several complications and even a few secondary infections that sprang up through no fault in my care. They were quick to work me in whenever I needed it! With taking my infants to the office for my visits, they have always offered the use of the exam room after my visit for nursing or diapering. Like I said, very considerate! Dr. Roberts and Dr. Yang are fantastic as are the nurse practitioners. I’ve had one or two bad appointments due to a bad attitude or bad day but it’s never completely outweighed the fantastic support I’ve received. I couldn’t recommend them enough!"
