"Worst customer service!! The receptionist made me feel stupid because I did not know the exact answers to her questions. She calls you back on an unknown number and will leave a nasty voice mail. Do not recommend."

"This is by far the worst doctors office ever!! Super unprofessional!! I went in for an appointment at 1, I didn’t leave until 4:35!! The nurse then told me I was forgotten about!! I came out the room numerous times to remind them I was there before I could’ve been forgotten about. Everyone was laughing and playing around like it was sick people, even babies that needed to be taken care of!! Fast forward, the doctor ask me why was I visiting and I told her , she suddenly diagnosed me with something she was not 100% sure about because I wasn’t checked or anything, she went off what she thought could be wrong, 2 weeks later I’m dealing with the same illness again!! I refuse to go back!!! Me nor my daughter will be patients here anymore!! To save yourself a headache and waste of time, don’t choose this doctors office!"

"I like Christ Community Health Services because the physicians listen. They don't talk over you or down to you. Some will even pray with you after treatment. They also have their own pharmacy, which is great. If you're not ensured depending on your financial situation the copay is $25.00. They offer women health, general health, and dental services. It's not easy getting the dental help however as they are always booked for months. Overall I've enjoyed the care I've received there."

"I have to always wait long periods of times even if you are on time for your appointment. I get called to the back and still have to wait long in the room. I didn’t get called back until they closed once and this is starting to get frustrating been here for 2 years for my daughter and have considered changing doctors now."

"It’s not the first time that I have to wait hours and hours when I always be on time for my appointments. After several times, I realize that they put around 3-4 people at the same time for appointment, that’s why we all have to wait. So, what does the meaning of appoitment? Even with phone call, everytime I try to make phone call, I have to wait 30-40’ or someone will call me back. Hardly to have someone answer my phone at once call. Please, if you save your time then consider our time too, especially, I have a new born baby and am an exclusive breastfeeding mom. Too waste of time. I rate 2* because of the doctor. They are so good and so nice but tue service is terrible."
