"They are the absolute worst! In December they let my daughter run out of medication, thankfully our local Walgreens stepped in and gave us a few because they couldn’t fill the script because Accredo had already pulled the script to insurance. Now we’ve have a detailed PA for a new medication that we need for our daughter and we’ve called, doctors office has called and a care coordinator for our insurance company has called requesting an expedite and nothing. Their definition of expedite is 3 business days! What a joke, I wouldn’t touch them if my insurance wasn’t requiring only them to fill this medication."
"Waiting a full month now for a prescription for a new epilepsy medication for my child which he needs urgently. They just keep saying it's still processing. I have NEVER had experience with a pharmacy this slow. I'm pretty sure it's because they know we don't have any other option because of insurance, so they don't have a reason to improve."
"They will not file your secondary insurance. Not notifying you of any hiccups in the medication filling process. About a month later I still don't have my medication. They just suck in my opinion. I wish they could send my prescription to a regular pharmacy."
"DO NOT USE THEM! Call your insurance company and ask if there are other companies available. The rep I spoke to on the phone this morning was not helpful and adding insult to injury said it would take 5 days to process my prescription before even shipping would begin. I declined and called my insurance company because I have little faith that I'd receive my medication in time for my next administration and I don't have time to play games with them. As all others have noted here in other 1-star reviews, pick a different pharmacy. I am using BioPlus now and I'm happy."
"I was a patient of this pharmacy for the first time. It has been several weeks and I still have not received my first prescription. I have called them about 1/2 dozen times, along my doctor's office calling them a few times. Unfortunately, you get someone different every time, they are hard to understand, and you get no where. I myself have worked in the medical field for over 25 years and their level of incompetency and costumer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I am desperately trying to find another pharmacy to use for this special medication, as I do not want to deal this company anymore. I would give them a NEGATIVE star review if it would have let me."
