"Sam's Club Do better! I never thought that you would still have employees Profiling and refusing to sale your product to customers. When did you start having a limit on how many slices of pizza you sale someone? And when could a person only buy it one time during the day!? I have a big family! If im asking for 5 slices and going to pay for it… why does it matter if I already bought one in the morning… and at that, why is a problem that I shop at my neighborhood location every 8 days? I been a loyal Sam’s club plus members for years. I think is only right for you to know that the employee continue to argue with me even after I said I didn’t want to argue, then threaten her co-worker with,” I said don’t sale her nothing else.” Never have I experience getting cussed out and mistreated the way I was today. Called your customer service to just be told you are going to look into it does not seat well with me. Do better. This is truly sad. Samsclub @samsclubwinchester"

"When checking the status of the store online, it says open, but when I go, there they say it's closed. I'm going to the store for two days now and they are sending customers back. Then why don't they change the status to close instead of open? At least people will not have to go out and return empty hand and drive in bad road conditions. I came back home and still see the status of the store is open."

"I do scan and go to avoid dealing with the people! Customer service is really bad! Went to the cafeteria to order a 16in pizza and was told they couldn’t sell it to me. When I asked why, the gentleman said “because then they won’t have enough to sell individually(slices).. idk if it’s store policy but it doesn’t make sense. Instead of us consuming from the cafeteria we left without buying anything from it. Why have it listed on the menu as an option if they won’t sell it to you? We had also asked for a berry sundae which they also said wasn’t available… just left extremely disappointed.. Costco would never do that!"

"Nice place to buy items in bulk. Staff was friendly, store was clean. Seemed to have more selections then other stores."
