Walmart Pharmacy

"The young lady that was at the pharmacy window on December 14th at about 5pm was very rude. I called prior to picking up my prescription and was told it was $25 and some odd cents. Once I got there I was told $34 and some odd cents. When I questioned it, she said very rudely, dry, and with a mean mug on her face, I don’t know who told you that but it’s $34 and whatever the cents was. Not professional at all. The white guy came to the window explained everything about my meds. He very professional and kind. Mind you I was there the week prior and she had an attitude then, but I’m just thinking maybe she’s just having a bad day. But oh no, this is just her, rude and nasty. I don’t know if she’s having issues at home but please don’t bring that to the job especially dealing with the public who are sick or in pain themselves. You suppose to provide comfort and not more discomfort and distress. She needs a vacation, suspension, or better yet termination. Do a self examination on yourself young lady because this is just ridiculous the horrible customer service you provided. Signed Nya Holmes"

"The female techs ignore white males, wait on other people that are farther back in the line. Lots of “attitude and glaring” we were waiting for “hands in the hip” posture. I was overcharged twice even after pointing out the mistake. The females techs appear and behave like they are “snoop dog and Willie Nelson high”. They act like they can not understand white males words, but do understand whit females. Just the female techs, the male techs are good, it’s a shamed the guys have to put up the female pot heads!"

"I use this pharmacy for my whole family. I have never received anything but stellar service from their staff, whether techs or pharmacists or cashiers. They are kind, friendly, accurate, prompt, and they know their stuff. I happened across these terrible reviews while looking for a phone number online, and I was shocked to read what folks had written. I have never once had a bad experience. Perhaps I get such great service because I'm kind and friendly and respectful when I visit. Anyways--you guys at the pharmacy are the best, and I thank you for taking good care of me and my fam."

"This is the rudest store I think I ever encountered. Terry the cashier/ pharmacy technician and the other young lady are beyond repair. Just no customer service skills no respect no professional interest at all. I only come the probably once every hot pink moon I make sure never. Never any reason on this Earth to go to this store I rather travel to Winchester and shop get meds whatever. The pharmacy is supposed to be different. I just gotta find somewhere else to go. Kroger's is a option."

"Pharmacists are extremely rude. I already had to wait long for assistance, then when it was my turn to be helped, the pharmacist took another car before me, after I pressed the call button multiple times. After I asked why did she? I'm assuming the Manager Samantha Moore replied, "I don't know and that the lady will be with after she finishes." My mom is in pain from a injury to her foot and she's on a cane because she cannot walk! The workers today need to be replaced! No one was remorseful or apologetic, all I got was attitude. If I could give them 0 stars I would!"
