"Everytime I come to this location it’s always something! They can never just have my son’s medicine ready for me to just pay, pick up and go. They have me waiting in long lines every time just to get up there and be told we don’t have the medicine in stock or they want to give me a partial fill and then have me contact the doctor’s office again to get a new refill request for the remainder of what I was supposed to get. The staff just seem like they are over their jobs based on their attitude every time I come here. I’m soooooo sick of all of these pharmacies."

"This was my go to pharmacy for a long time. The staff was great and they were nice, quick and efficient. Since they changed management and brought in new staff it is awful. Employees are rude, lazy and inefficient. My insurance only covers CVS but I would rather pay cost at Walgreens than go to this CVS and deal with this staff."

"Absolutely incompetent staff and an even more incompetent pharmacist. Waited in line for 50 minutes to have my son’s medication changed from a pill that he has to swallow (he’s a toddler, good luck with that) to a liquid suspension. The pharmacist told me I myself had to call the ER and tell her Dr. to call the prescription back in…after waiting in line for 50 minutes. I call the ER and the Dr. said whoever told me that obviously doesn’t know what they’re doing and that THEY (the pharmacy) has to call the Dr. and have it squared away. Please hire more competent people for the sake of everyone’s sanity."

"Since the turnover with the staff this pharmacy quite simply sucks. Never ready, rude, uncaring poor service. Switching to Walgreens. I recommend you do same. Came back three hours later after being told 25min before and again. 25 F'n min. " we're short staff..." Every customer told 25 min 25 min."
