"At 28 weeks pregnant I left this practice primarily due to Dr. Osburns lack of communication. Early into my pregnancy, it took 3 weeks to get her to release my blood work after numerous phone calls and messages. She told me (in person) they typically don't reach out unless there is an issue however I still found it unprofessional. The last straw was her not telling me I had an issue with my umbilical cord (SUA) after my antomy scan. I figured no news is good news like she said in the beginning. I found out 4 weeks later by Dr. Woodall during an routine check-in while Dr. Osburn was delivering a baby. Dr. Woodall shocked me bc I had no idea what she was talking about when she started to ask me how the followups went. I told her this was the first I heard this news and she promptly scheduled a ultrasound with the high risk doctor in Nashville which has to be setup by my doctor not an appointment i was able to call in. When I messaged Dr Osburn she made an excuse about not thinking it was necessary then never replied back to me when I asked more questions on whether I really needed to go. The high risk doctor told me everyone with this condition needs to get ultrasounds monthly and then weekly after 36 weeks so clearly Dr. Osburn's lack of concern isn't typical or the norm for this condition. After never hearing back from her (not even after getting my high risk results back!) I decided this practice isn't for me. I feel she's not paying attention. I am not at all confident in her ability to make a decision in the labor and delivery room if something went wrong. She seems very distracted and perhaps seeing too many clients or just not interested in pregnant women's health (especially after labeling me high risk on my first appointment!) She seemed like a lovely women so nothing personal - I just never would recommend her to a pregnant woman."

"I can not say enough good things about Dr.Osburn. I absolutely love her! She is the only doctor I’ve ever felt comfortable with. She is so understanding & I feel like I can talk to her about anything!! I was pregnant with my first child, Going through all the dr she was the last dr I had an appointment with. After I had that last appointment. I am mediately changed to her! Have been going to her ever since then!! Like I said I can not say enough good things about her!!"
