"What a wonderful experience we had today! My 4 yo was scheduled to see Dr .Y and up to this visit, my son had always been super excited to see the dentist, lays right down to get his teeth cleaned etc. Today on the way to the apt, he started acting more timid and even a little scared. He said he didn’t want them to brush his teeth or use the water pick. When we got there, he refused to lay down so naturally I was expecting this visit to be horrifying for him because his wall was already up! Well then Alexis, one of the dental assistants, swoops in for the save. She talked him through everything helping him to be more comfortable and even worked around his fears!! She was able to clean his teeth while he was sitting up and didn’t even use the water pick!! She was even able to get X-rays without an issue. Just wow! They work with kids so well and I’m so happy this experience didn’t scar him or leave him in tears. Thank you to the wonderful staff for going above and beyond! Signed, one happy mama bear!!"
