"Jackie was extremely helpful and did a great job helping us build out a fall wardrobe. She was very quick to suggest pairings and was great at helping us find the right sizes. Finding pants that fit me tend to be a big problem, but Jackie was able to figure out exactly what would work best for my body type. There was a pair I was looking for that they didn't have in my size either, and Jackie not only got it shipped for me, she also made sure I got the discounted rate that we were getting for our in-store purchase. We'll definitely be coming back for spring and summer!"

"First time here and I'm definitely coming back. The entire experience was like having a personal shopper. I don't usually like staff getting involved because I end up pressured into wearing the worst outfits so they can clear inventory. But Jackie really knew what worked with my body type and the colors that suited me best. Better yet, you could tell that she thoroughly enjoyed her job. Also, I loved that Jackie shared UpWest’s sustainability mission and philanthropy efforts - they donate 1% of profits to needy (I believe I’m remember that correctly!), and plant a tree for every purchase!!
