"I bought a blouse worth 350, because the store did not have the size and I needed the shop assistant to order it from the Internet and send it directly home. I liked it very much, but the shop assistant did not tell me that there was a 15% discount when ordering from the Internet, she knew and saw it, but did not tell me."
"Limited selection comparing to their online store and not the best customer service. I just bought their masks, and upon leaving the store, I noticed the embroidery was ripped. I returned to exchange within 30 minutes only to be told that I need to buy another set. After much arguing, the store manager “made an exception.” I understand it is a mask, but it touches your body like clothing, and defective items should be treated as such. All items should be washed prior to wearing when you get home, so the company’s policy only serves them. I am in Public Health, so I would highly suggest an introductory course in epidemiology for all those who come up with policies that benefit them and not the public’s health."
