"Love this store. I have had nothing but great customer service. Manager and staff let me return ordered items and have been nothing but helpful. The other bad reviews are very odd."

"Long time customer, however no more after today. I had to return a blazer I ordered in store as they didn’t have my size to try on. I hoped for the best but it simply didn’t fit right and wasn’t what I expected. Upon going to the store to return the item for what I thought would be a simple transaction for store credit, I was met with attitude and resistance. The manager Mayha was extremely defiant when I asked why I simply couldn’t have store credit. She had said that it had to be utilized same day. I reiterated that was an absurd policy and asked to speak with a higher up within the company. She kept telling me she was only the manager and there was simply nothing she could do. She then went so far as to tell me she didn’t like how I was speaking to her and kept addressing me as ma’am. ???? I was simply expressing how ridiculous this supposed policy was and was trying to get resolution by speaking with someone else since she was “only the manager” and obviously had no decision making capability on her own. Needless to say, Alice & Olivia has lost me as a once loyal customer. By the way, the receipt does NOT state that any store credit has to be used that day. And if a store manager has ZERO customer service skills then tries to deflect & project onto the customer, perhaps they shouldn’t be manager. Just sayin."

"Chandra and Rachel were super helpful shopping for a dress this weekend. They are the rare breed of saleswomen who still actually care to ask what you’re shopping for and then pull relevant styles off the floor. I wish I had a bigger budget for the pieces as everything they recommended was stunning. Shocked to see any negative reviews below- must have been a misunderstanding by the shopper."

"I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely the worst customer service. They bombarded me with text messages about a pre-sale. I wasted my time to come by and select items you can’t even take home. If you do take them home they will tell you prices will be adjusted once sale starts however, after I got the items, I had paid in full they said the discount amount was totally different than what was previously said on text when I was bombarded with messages. Please drive all the way to Beverly Hills, go to Bloomingdale's or shop online if you must have something from A&O. Going to this store is a total waste of time as all employees, including the manager (Chandra) are not on the same page as far as what they offer and their promotions. Horrible management! and never ever give them your phone number! They won’t leave you alone!"

"I love this store everything is stunning. Kennedy is an amazing stylist and super helpful. I wasn’t going to go in here because I thought they’d only have tiny sizes and they actually have a great variety in size and style. Thanks for the help"
