"Had an appointment for 3:45 with Angel. Waited 30 minutes past original time with no indication that Angel would be finishing up shortly. When he was finally ready, he blamed the wait on the previous customer, I just said don’t worry about it. Angel quickly blew the hair off from the last guest but there was still old hair all over the seat. He then refused to cut my hair because I “didn’t have a picture” and he was “afraid I wouldn’t like it”. I told him I just wanted a high skin fade and to leave the length on the top. He then says he “doesn’t feel comfortable cutting my hair” because I don’t know what I want. A high skin fade dude, c’mon. Worst barber experience by far, stay away"

"If I could give zero stars I would. Visiting from out of town and needed a quick haircut. This place was close so I booked here with a barber that had good reviews. The barber I booked with was late so I was passed to another person. I told him what I wanted and he proceeded to disregard basically everything I said. He either had no idea what he was doing or simply did not care enough to do even a have decent job. I will not be going back and I would recommend anyone else to find a different spot. This is easily the worst haircut I have ever received in my life."

"Under hand tactics by grown men, they cut who they want and pass who they don’t to the unexperienced barbers in the shop. That’s some disrespect to a returning customer for the past year. If you have a Barber that doesn’t receive any clients and tell me when I walk through the door I’m getting cut by him and not who I booked, I mean come on. I was told “You received an email of the Barber change”, are you serious? You might think, well what if he just couldn’t cut my hair, no, the appointment time I scheduled with the initial barber was back open to the public. This is a great barber shop that a constantly tipped more than any other shop, always showed my respect. You guys understand the importance and the price of a haircut, it cost time and money and somehow the owner himself did this to me, you and your babers lose my business."
