"Worst experience. Today I have my daughter’s first haircut and it is really worst. I must say this place is not at all for toddler age between 1-2 years. The things they said in website are there but not worthy as their tv screen for my daughter is not working. They should play rhymes or make the child comfortable first with the place. The staff is not at all friendly as well as experienced. The haircut my daughter got today I can do it myself too. After this they asked for tip too. Guys you should first give the good satisfactory services. I will never suggest anyone to go there. Worst service"

"Very cool spot to get a kids' haircut ! It's easy to get appointments online without calling! Also, it's always super clean! My daughter has gone from little toy car seats to the video game area coming here to Sharkeys! She gets her nails done & a balloon, and it's always such a good time for her! She has her done for picture day as well, and they go above and beyond for the kids !"

"They generally do a great job at cutting my child's hair the way I tell them too. It always helps to bring a picture of what you more or less desire for the hair style, although I'm realistic of what is expected with my child's head movements and tantrums. They are very patient when my kid cries and they always find methods to try to calm him down. Overall, very good service, I recommend them to my friends"

"NEVER again!!!!!! I am a mom of 3 small children so I don't have time to write yelp reviews but that's how strongly I feel about my last experience at sharkeys that I need to share it. I took my 2 older kids there on 4/16 for cuts. farah did my oldest child. After washing her hair she couldn't get the brush through the bottom of it. My daughter has a lot of hair. But if she had conditioned it properly that shouldn't have been a problem. I was ok with cutting 4 inches so she didn't bother brushing it through. There were a lot of distractions that day including my other child getting her haircut so I didn't watch what she did. And they braid the girls hair at the end so you leave there not knowing how the cut came out. 2 days later when her hair was washed and brushed again I saw how badly she butchered it. (The first 2 pics) it looks like she literally just chopped above the knots she had and it was uneven. I called right away and was given an appointment for the 24th now with Jennifer. I arrived 10 mins early on a Monday and Jennifer was the only one there and she had a client. We waited well past 10 mins after our appointment time and she was in a rush, now other people were coming in. She wet her hair in the sink, agreed it was not even, and cut it. I didn't want a braid this time but it wasn't dry. Again I notice her hair is STILL not even!!! (3rd pic) I called and told them at this point I want a refund because I have to take her somewhere else. There cuts are $37 and now I have to pay someone else. They refused and said they would do ANOTHER re service. I reluctantly made the appointment for the next available one that THEY offered and told the the woman to schedule enough time so that she's not rushed and that I wanted her hair dried so I could make sure before leaving this time that it's even. She told me a blow out is not included and it's $40!!!!!! I didn't want a blow out I wanted my daughters hair dry to prove that they finally got it right. I ended up canceling the appointment because I was getting my hair done the next day and my stylist said she would fix it (the last pic). I was just going to let this go and possibly still take my kids there again. But today I was clearing out my voicemails and saw that before I canceled the appointment the manager called me to say they were going to charge me since so much time had past!!!!! The reason so much time had past since her first cut is because I had to back TWICE and those are the appointments I was given, not chosen! I am completely appalled at the customer service here and I will never step foot in sharkeys again! The first cut with Farah. Horrible, uneven Cut by Farah.
