"Horrible experience. Went there to do a hair color and balayage and my stylist was Melissa, she was being uncooperative and extremely rude. Refused to do it and seemed like she was just in a rush to go home, she even refused to do a simple haircut for my daughter because her hair was too "thick", also assumed she was 3 years old when it was obvious she was older. She just wanted a quick job with high pay and to go home, said she would charge $400 and we would have to stay until 9pm. Complete waste of time. Only good thing about todays experience was Madi, the hairdresser. Thank you for being helpful. Never will be going back here again unless its to see Madi for my daughters hair."

"This review is for Melissa !! I had been coming in for periodic bang trims every once in a awhile and also had her color my hair. I’m very picky with how I like my bangs cut and Melissa exceeds my expectations every time. So a couple months ago I went in for a full hair cut for a more experimental look. I showed Melissa references of mullets and shags I really wanted to try and she knew exactly how to shape my hair in a way that I’m still beaming over ! The fun layers are growing out beautifully and I’m so appreciative of Melissa’s skillful attention to detail. I’m so glad I trusted her artistic direction because I’m in love with my new look and relieved to finally have found a stylist I can keep going back to:)"
