"Came in prior day and had set of lights and stuff put aside which where the highest priced next day came and got them switched out for other item like I wouldn’t notice Could just be forthcoming and say you don’t have said item Then I was charged bulb grease when I didn’t ask for it when I came back I was told I must have left it on the desk lol"

"Bad customer service, overly confident young man named Ben asked how he could help. I needed a small battery for a key fob. He asked what kind of car, I said it was for a motorhome. He followed with what kind of chassis? I wasn’t sure why that mattered, but told him. He quickly responded we don’t carry it. I went to walk away and noticed some batteries, and there was the battery I was looking for. If you’re looking for knowledgeable help, good customer service that would appreciate your business, I would not recommend this location."
