"I have been Nancy's (Salon Owner) client for over 3 years because she treats everyone fairly, with care, and compassion. She will always adapt to any situation, and work her hardest to achieve the look you desire. Coming from hair trauma where hair stylists did not warn me or handle my hair with care, I couldn't trust any salon after I experienced immense hair fallout and breakage. I found Nancy and I trusted her so easily. I can't go to anyone else. She'll always tell you the truth about what your hair can handle. I have deep black hair, and I can achieve white and blonde colors with her! My scalp is also extremely sensitive. Any little thing can hurt whether that be a tiny stand of hair being pulled or the pain from bleaching. I don't ever complain about all that with Nancy because she learns about her clients' needs.
