"Greg is awesome! Google’s hours of operation are incorrect. I believe they close around 5pm. My car was stalling and no mechanics were open near me. Google said George and Jim’s garage was open but when I showed up, Greg told me that the hours on google were actually wrong and they were closed. Nonetheless he took my car even though they were closed. He did a thorough check and explained the problem to me in detail. Excellent customer service! I will definitely be returning!"

"Blew my power steering and this was the closest shop. Diagnostic told me nothing I didn’t already know, he basically indicated there was a leak and it could lead to other problems. $140 is an annoying but I guess reasonable diagnostic price, but weird tactics of billing 4hrs labor minus $240 discount rubbed me a little wrong for the matter at hand. What also rubbed me wrong was the “wasting 3 hours of my life” comments. I told him from the beginning I was using my dealership warranty unless it was only a hose leak and he could replace it cheap or at least make it drivable to dealer. Felt like he was trying to take advantage of me, assuming as a woman I know nothing about cars—“it’ll blow up if you try and drive it,” quoting way too high, ect. Overall a weird interaction, wish I didn’t stop by."
