They removed a nail from the tire, adjusted my front bumper which hit a snag and the car was returned to me in pristine condition with a surprise interior and exterior detailing. In fact the opposite is true: they will let you know when you can put something off and they will justify when you have to act immediately. Finally, they *always* clean your care inside and out, even after replacing a single tire, which I must say is a nice touch."

"I recently moved in the neighborhood and needed an oil change. I booked an appointment over the phone and had to wait 2 weeks which was completely understandable because of the holidays. I ended up getting an oil change and needing new brake pads which somehow ended up being very affordable/reasonably priced. Both services were completed in just a few hours. I think the highlight for me was the hospitality coming from Fred and his team. I’ve never been to a repair shop and felt genuinely welcomed like I was here. My brother works as a mechanic out of state so I know it’s a difficult job. Seeing a business where the employees are happy and enthusiastic is very touching. I noticed they had washed the outside of my car and I thought, “huh, what a nice touch.” And then when I went to drive away, I immediately noticed they vacuumed the inside too! Wow. I will return for any car service needs."

"Bring your car here. Fred and Serena are both friendly and knowledgeable service writers. They know what's going on with your car and always call during the service to let you know how it's going. Every appointment, I'm in and out same day. They do check the fluids/overall vehicle during service. They identified a small oil leak on my truck, told me to keep an eye on it but it probably wasn't worth fixing yet. I appreciate the transparency. And they've caught filters and wipers that I should have changed but hadn't gotten around to. Prices are higher than some other shops, but it's worth it to have a fair, consistent mechanic that actually picks up the phone every time you call. Plus they're right in the neighborhood! Be aware that they're usually booked out 1-2 weeks, but with a little bit of planning that's not a big deal, and it shows they have a solid customer base - because they do good work!"
