Cody was great and I’m extremely happy with the quality of service I received + the reasonable price point. I dropped my car off on Monday, received a call back thoroughly explaining the issue Tuesday morning, approved the work to get my alternator replaced, and picked my car up later the same day. They always recommend OEM parts, not cheap aftermarket stuff. The only shop in SF I trust. Was just Googling their number and thought I'd leave a review. Honest, hardworking, excellent (detailed) communication when they are actively working on your vehicle, and friendly. Sometimes they are busy and cannot answer the phone, but the quality of service and repairs are worth this minor issue. I felt like the service team and office cared about my vehicle and ensured all repairs were as requested. They equally communicated before, during, and after work was performed regarding the anticipated service(s). I noticed they treated all customers equally whether knowledgable about cars or not, or whether the customer was male or female (they are honest about what is needed and let you know that certain services may not necessarily be needed at the time; they give you an accurate understanding of your vehicle's status and all related repairs or conditions they come across). I saw a variety of vehicles being repaired from standard efficient Asian imports to premium luxury SUVs to vintage restored classic cars to a motorcycle. Definitely would recommend giving them a try."
