"I’m a few days away from moving back to Stanford, where I am an incoming sophomore, so I decided to get walking shoes. I got the shoes I wanted (new balance 574s) but the customer service at Champs was actually terrible. The employees are not attentive and you have to approach them first for assistance, even in the beginning. Throughout the entire store, all the employees were talking to each other casually despite there being a few customers milling around. I was taking a while deciding on a pair of shoes and overheard two employees (including the one who was helping me) asking each other “is she going to buy them?” loudly enough for me to over hear. To be fair, they seemed to just be joking around but it was pretty unprofessional and lame! Anyways, it was a very unpleasant experience overall."
