"Came here to shop for holiday outfits. Picked 3 skirts that were potential purchase. I go up to the Asian lady and ask, "Can I try these on?". She says "Our fitting rooms are closed." So I then proceed to the register where the same lady helped me to purchase but before she rings me up, I asked what her return policy is. She states, "Exchange in 14 days only." The skirts didn't fit and I came back within 14 days to exchange. The two asian ladies tell me I cannot exchange it. Even my receipt they gave me says "No refunds, store credit only" and they wouldn't even give me store credit. So now I have 3 skirts that don't even fit me and I can't even exchange them. I usually shop here when I have an event to go to. Their demeanor was very aggressive and very "I'm right no matter what" tone. They asian ladies were rude and the customer service is horrible. I won't be supporting this company and their stores anymore. They just lost a repeat customer"

"I went today, the manager demanded I show my receipt in a panicky voice. She automatically assumes you're stealing if you're just asking if you have your item in a different size. Just simply say you need a receipt in order to return w/ a 2 week policy. Simple as that. I already knew that, and had my receipt and all in tact...AVOID the emabarrassement!!! Take your business elsewhere."

"I saw a few dresses i really liked and wanted to try on but I saw the fitting rooms were closed. So I figured I can purchase them and return the one which dont fit. Once I got up to the register, cashier tells me "This is final sale, no returns or exchanges ". I was just like are you serious? Fitting rooms aren't open and I'm just expected to keep it even if it didn't work out? I ended leaving everything behind!"

"I am disappointed with their customer service. There are many high-end stores at DelAmo that have their fitting rooms open by now but this "unique" store still keeps their fitting rooms shut, and has a no refund and one-time only exchange policy.I would be more than happy to comply with these policies, had they kept their fitting rooms open and then imposed these conditions. I bought a top, which just didn't fit me when I tried it at home, and when I went to return it, the manager tells me I need to take something else in exchange for it, because they don't refund. I searched the entire store and couldn't find anything that impressed me, so I was forced to take something for the sake of an exchange. Finally when I went to the counter, the so called manager lady is telling me that I can only exchange 1 time, and this will be the last! I mean C'mon guys...this is like doing business in US without knowing customer care 101...either keep your fitting rooms open or get rid of these stone aged conditions!"
