"I want to start out by saying these guys are fantastic! The name of the company may have changed, but they have kept the same great staff. They are very knowledgeable, and I feel like they take pride in the work they do. My experience started a little bumpy, but they went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. The initial alignment I received here didn’t quite go as planned, but to be fair to these guys, I should have been more clear about my concerns beforehand. I have a lifted 4Runner with aggressive tires and because of this, my vehicle needs a positive caster. Usually a couple of degrees will suffice, but until I make some modifications to my vehicle, mine needs to be set at max. Upon completion of my first alignment, my tires were rubbing the fenders and frame while turning, which they informed me of, however I didn’t realize to what extent, and when I picked up my vehicle it was almost impossible to drive like normal. I was already frustrated because this vehicle has been nothing but problems for the last 6 months, and instead of doing the reasonable thing and communicating my concerns to the staff, I took to google and left them a very poor review. The staff promptly reached out, listened to my concerns, and immediately scheduled a time for me to come in so they could make things right. When I arrived for my next appointment they had me explain exactly what I wanted done, and they brought me into the shop during the alignment so I could speak with the technician directly to ensure everything was done the way I needed. I am beyond grateful for the people who work here and the time they took to make sure I was taken care of. A lot of businesses these days don’t care about anything but the bottom line, and sometimes I forget that there are still good people and businesses like this out there. This was a nice reminder, that I desperately needed. As someone who has worked in customer service for over 10 years, let me just say that good service and communication are a two way street, and as customers I feel like we need to remember that. We need to be able to clearly and respectfully address our problems. No one can read our minds, so communication is key, and at the end of the day, we are all human beings trying to do the best we can. Peace, love, and respect to these guys. They will definitely have my business again in the future."
