"My experience from my initial call to getting my vehicle back was excellent. Customer service was outstanding. The service advisor Joe listened and understood my detailed description of issues and what I needed done. He provided a detailed estimate before the work was completed. Cost of repairs where no cheaper than a dealer but, the service, in my opinion was better in terms of quality. It has only been a few days on the repair so I will check back in a few months. At this point, I would not hesitate is engaging AutoVantage in Auburn again."
"I recently had an issue with one of my diesel pickups and had reached the limit of my own ability to fix the issue. I had a great diesel mechanic in Auburn that I trusted for years until he suddenly passed away and was forced to look for a new one and in the process was burned pretty good by other repair shops. So when I knew that I couldn’t fix the truck on my own, I started looking into repair shops here in Auburn and I went straight to their reviews and found Autovantage Service Center and couldn’t find a bad review anywhere, so I decided to give them a try. I was very satisfied and impressed with their communication with me throughout the repairs and Joe’s customer service skills, along with the rest of the team. The truck is running perfectly and I definitely feel that I was treated fairly and respectfully throughout this experience. I will definitely be returning to Autovantage with all my vehicles and I’m very relieved to have found an honest repair shop that demonstrated great integrity , which is very hard to find in these trying times!
