"My husband and I had some trouble with RV near Auburn, California and had to stop at this station. We were really taken back by the professionalism, kindness and happiness of the entire staff that worked there. My husband and I both noticed as we waited for our RV to be worked on and then tested before they came back to tell us, they think everything is OK. While we sat there, we listened to multiple phone calls that were surprisingly cheery and honest. We both went to the counter to let the staff know how impressed we were with how professionally they did their jobs. It turns out we were speaking with the owner. It all starts at the top. If we didn’t live didn’t live so far away we would take all our vehicles there."

"I took my 2005 C6 Corvette to the Auburn AAMCO for diagnosis of slipping in Drive on a four speed automatic. After a couple of hours I got a call back from them and was told “I also got it to slip in third.” I had driven the car up there in third gear with very little issue, they quoted me about $5500 to take my transmission out, send it to their rebuilder, get it back and reinstall, all told they would have the car for more than a month. I told them I would pick it up as I needed to think about it. When I picked the car up, third gear was no completely gone. I had to make the hour drive to the shop that was going to fix it in a combination of second gear flooring it in drive to get it to shift down. That shop, for $4500, ordered me factory GM rebuilt, updated transmission. Shaved $600 off the freight fee. Discounted the labor and will have it done in about 10 days. I got the last factory rebuilt GM transmission in the U.S dealer network. Aftermarket rebuilt transmissions are readily available online for about $2600 including delivery. I had high expectations of AAMCO. Not met,"

"“Moe” made it happen for me. Driving in from Seattle, Wa. In my 2016 Chevy Z71 I was experiencing some transmission shuttering and needed a service. Moe advised me on how the heat wave may have affected the transmissions ability to work properly. I had them do the normal service as well as the recommended “Sure co.” upgrade. My truck shifts correctly now and the shutter is completely gone, the transmission actually behaves better than it ever has in the past. More over, I had them do my brakes and I can really say I am impressed, no squeaky noises or wobbles. Moe’s team were extremely professional and well in manner. They had me out the same day which allowed me to continue with my own work. I highly recommend this shop, I feel they have the honesty and integrity that is super hard to find at most auto shops these days. Thanks Moe!"

"I do a LOT of Traveling. This trip I am out in Nevada City. I am pulling a 22ft travel trailer. I heard a noise also stopped down in LA I looked under my truck to find transmission fluid slowly leaking from the seal at the back of the drive shaft. I didn't want to be in LA so I babied it up to where I was going. I took my truck to another shop that said they'd never seen anything like this. There's more to the story. I ended up bringing my truck down here where Ryan was able to put it up on the lift to really check it out. Being a single female.... Well people know how that goes. They showed me what's going on. It's really not that big of deal. I'm really happy I brought my truck here to get it checked out. Found out a couple of bolts are missing on the back of the transmission mount. I don't just let anyone work on my truck since I do travel international and need to know my truck is safe because who wants to get stuck on the side of the road in any foreign country. This shop Rocks. I definitely would recommend them."
