"Beware bait and switch tactics used at this business! Called in earlier today got a quote for $116 to mount and balance 4 wheels and tires … drove to the location and I get a quote for $200+ dollars. Manager refused to discount or honor the quoted price, bad business will never used them again because they refuse to honor their word. Waste of time. Got it done elsewhere for $100."

"We got a flat tire late on a Friday evening and were only able to make it to the shop at 5:40pm (they closed at 6p)... Stephanie and Jose were so patient with me and my two young girls (4 and 2). They really took care of us, didnt mind what time we came in, and even printed off pictures for my girls to color! I'd recommend this shop to anyone in the area! "I Was sent home assured that the car was in good standing, but the noise was really bad, so I returned to ventura and did my own inspection and servicing. The brakes were wearing unevenly due to the calipers sticking and major rust buildup on the rotors. See picrures My Overall experience at Les Schwab shops have been good, so I feel this experience was a fluke. I took my car in because of the grinding noise and asked for an Inspection since it had been a while. They were very busy this day, but I am still confused how the technician could shrug off the grinding noise as a stuck drum brake pad which sounds different. That, and technicians need to check both the inside and outside of brake pads for uneven wear. I just got unlucky this time with a rushed and overworked tech with less experience."
