"I wish there was a way to put negative stars on this but unfortunately there isn’t. In my experiences going to O’Reilly’s Auto Parts within a 400 mile range from this location I have nothing but amazing things to say about every other location except this one, 907 E Holt Blvd, Ontario, CA 91761 they’ve completely ruined the whole experience of breaking down and being able to fix it yourself. You cannot go in that location without being belittled or embarrassed that some people like myself are not all mechanically inclined. I’ve been at that location and i’ve seen people walk out and the staff members and the manager have said nothing but horrible things about the customer who was before me in line. I can’t begin to imagine what they said as soon as I hit the door, it is very hard for me as a widow with 2 children while my husband gave his ultimate sacrifice for this country we love so much and he fought so hard for. I would like to thank O’Reilly’s Auto Parts for the great company they have become, everything that has been said today is not for O’Reilly’s Auto Parts but for this specific location, who is an infection slowly trying to kill the great name of O’Reilly’s Auto Parts."

"Ordered online for pick up. got the email it was ready. Got there and order wasn’t ready. Stood there 15 min while 3 employees looked for the stuff all to find out that another employee picked the order and had it on back counter. ."

"Horrible man, you show them solid evidence for price matching that’s few dollar difference and they argue and fight over a few dollars when evidence is solid. I went to Walmart website and bulbs are 14.99. Oreilly sells them for $19 I asked them to price match and Julio was trying so hard to prove me wrong when I pulled it up on website and took a physical picture in person. I would definitely NOT recommend this store. They treat you like a criminal all the time. I attached a picture of the Walmart pricing online as well as my own picture I took for price matching."
