"Unpleasant encounter with the short-haired customer service associate girl wearing a hat on Monday night 12/18/23. Despite wearing a smile, she displayed snarky rudeness when questioned about a brake lightbulb’s model number on their website differing from the physical product in the store, and made me feel stupid in the end. The transaction's completion was met with silence, assuming understanding despite my poor vision as I had forgotten my glasses at home. In contrast, the service at the AutoZone across the street lacked the same negativity and was a night/day difference. I am a local here, and such service I experience at O’Reily perpetuates a subpar experience, and I'll steer clear, advising my employees and my fellow neighbors within my home owner association to do the same. It's essential to remember that condescending customer interactions can hinder business growth and perpetuate a stagnant reputation. All in all, I get that employees may have bad days, but never make your customers (especially those that have little experience in the automotive field) feel stupid for asking questions."

"#1 customer service! After a fundraiser event nearby, my truck wouldn't start, it was raining. I called from the parking lot and a guy came out to check the battery, in the rain! The truck started and I was on my way after a quick jump. Life saver but I didn't get his name. Thank you!!!!"

"Needed a new battery Thanksgiving weekend. I was helped by a younger guy and an older guy. Both were super nice and helpful. They were very knowledgeable. Younger guy removed old one and installed new one at no charge. Service with a smile. I am most grateful."

"After having a bad experience in Autozone, I decided to try at this store, first time going to an O'Reilly Auto Parts store. I was greeted nicely, I explained that I had a check engine light on, they offered me to use the scanner, but when I told them that I didn't know how to use it, Rick offered to check my car for me. He seem tired but he still did his best effort to help me. Never will forget his example of going the extra mile for a customer. If O'Reilly has the opportunity to give him a promotion Please do it. If not, please use him as an example of a great customet service. He is not just an employee there, he is an very valuable asset for the Company."
