"Until this year I bought several shoes, purses.. etc from Michael Kors. After a humiliating and false accusation I will not buy Kors products again. Last week I was confronted by a security guard at the Westfield location and told I could not enter this store. He accused me of stealing from the store. While it is possible there is someone who appears to be me I doubt it. I assume the guard was being presumptuso about my appearamce. I am undergoing a health issues. Stiill, I cannot imagine any justification for this humiliation. At the same time I am an honest, kind, hardworking, generous and compassionate person. I would never subject anyone to such prejudice. As a dark, foreign person, the security guard can be expected to be somewhat sensitive to the unfairness of prejudice .This happend at the entrance of the store as several people saw me. To be fair one of the sales people in the store handled it as well as can be expected. She allowed me in the store while she followed me. I wish the sales staff was there from last year. They knew me as someone who was a reliable customer. I WAS known as a good customer. T Christmas season is always difficult for older, lonely people. Being subjected to such cruelty has been devastating. While I am angry while also deeply hurt. I am a hard working person who lives in the neighborhood. I have a sense of honor, pride and integrity"

"Sylvia gave me a horrible experience I guess she’s the new store manager, so pushy and rude. Why even go into the store to be treated this way. I won’t be back. Don’t even waste your time."

"We weren't planning on doing any shopping in particular, but decided to stop in just to look at what's new. My wife and I both saw 2 pairs of sneakers that we thought would look great on her and snatched them up. Both of the guys working this morning had great customer service. They weren't pushy but were very helpful and had great energy that made our shopping experience fantastic. Definitely a great store with great staff"
