"Booked an appointment on their website with Shakeba Aziz. A few days later I get a text from her assistant indicating she does not take new clients. Advised they should indicate this on the website or the app. I canceled appointment but assistant texted indicating the fault is on the booking system . She mentioned there was another stylist who is accepting new clients but when asked who it was never got a response. They seem to care how attractive they look (see the professional photos on their website) than obtaining clients."

"I arrived there 10 minutes before my appointment. Waited another 30 minutes before the hairstylist Shekeba Azizi shows up. Their website shows 9 am as the opening time of this business, my appointment was at 9:30 but when I arrived there the salon is locked and I had to find someone to open the door for me. Her assistant shows up with no key to enter either and when i asked her assistant why is she not there yet, she replys "she's normally late but let me call her! wow..... I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as they are very unprofessional and obviously does not value their clients time."

"Salon: Hard to find but worth the the effort. Bright, refined, inviting, medium sized salon. They’re able to keep the noise down by breaking the space up into rooms. Very friendly staff (but no one at the front desk). No wine, but coffee, water, and tea offered. Luxe is available on Vagaro app for easy booking. Service: I did a free, quick consult with Jamie about a week before my appointment, which was helpful to me. She is personable and easy to chat with. Jamie did a touch up and cut. We started about 15 minutes late, and there was no one to greet me or at the front desk, so I just waited until she came out. There was no explanation but I wasn’t bothered by it. Even though it was my first time seeing her, I felt confident Jamie would take care of me. And she did! She did a great job with my color and cut, which took about 3 hours. I’d recommend her and Luxe Beauty Bar."

"A beautiful salon with the best styling and color services. Everything is ultra clean. The salon is in a space fully renovated in about 2016 including the hair shampoo stations. The basins are so much more ergonomic and comfortable than others I have encountered. There is a full line of Kevin Murphy products. Excellent parking and accessible parking with an elevator in the building."

"Tish is amazing! I've been going to her for almost two decades and she's always been able to make my hair look stylish...despite the dwindling amount of hair I have left! My 13-year old son wants only to go to her because nobody else has been able to cut his hair in a fashion that he likes. On top of that, the accommodations and appearance of Luxe Beauty Bar are very nice. Super clean, no bad smells and everyone there is extremely friendly. :-)"
