"I came in for a pedicure with gel and powder fill in for my two big toe she couldn’t do it and forgot to fill in one of my nails. She realize she made a mistake and kept applying 4-6 coats of the color when I had to tell her to please stop and if she can apply the top coat. I of course ran out paid and tip her even when I was so unsatisfied."

"Review 1: The overall experience fell short of my expectations. Unfortunately, my nails didn't look as great as I had hoped. I specifically requested a manicure with dip, but I received only the dip treatment. I appreciate that they took their time to try and achieve the design I wanted, but it didn't turn out as well Edited review after revisiting the spa: I stand corrected regarding the above review. After receiving a response to my previous post, I went back and shared my concerns with Helen. Although it was awkward for me, she made things right. I appreciate her taking the time to address my concerns and ensure my satisfaction with their service at no additional cost. She did this even on her day off. I will definitely return and recommend others for a fun nails day :)"
