"New to the area and I returned after my first visit for a fill. Rose did a great job with my full set with gel polish. As an acrylic fan who cares about my natural nail health, too, I'm particular about filing and nail prep. Rose kindly listened to all of my questions and requests and she created a beautiful set. The technicians are knowledgeable about the offered services and the products. The salon is nicely decorated, clean, and sanitary. My initial review carried a 5 star rating, but my second visit was less than favorable. I received the exact same service from the same technician on the same day of the week (same polish brand and all) but was charged about $15 more than my first visit for a fill when my first service was a complete new set. I always tip a minimum of 20%, and still did so, but the unexplained price change is the reason for the change to my rating."
