Farmers Insurance - Carlos Kremer

"Becareful with using their insurance. If you have a claim their adjuster's will try to lie to you about how the policy reads. How do I know? I worked for Farmers for 12.5 years. I had 1 claim and the adjuster lied to me the entire time about the policy. Until i told her I have read the policy thousands of times as I used to determine coverage for them. Then all of sudden they paid out. I told the agents at Carlos Office that I would not renew my policies and canceled my auto as soon as I could. Home owners I told them I would let the policy expire but was not going to renew. When rwnewal came up the billed my credit card without my consent and i emailed them to tell them to reverse the charges. Which they did. But now they are sending me to collections for insurance I did not want. Becareful if you use this company and this agency."
