"Complete waste of time. Avoid at all costs, will not respond to your questions and needs unless it largely benefits them. There are several other dealerships in the city and neighboring cities that hold luxury cars, don't bother with this one."

"We had the worst experience in this dealership. They keep lying about someone putting a downpayment of $10k and throughout the hours of communication with their representative they were saying the person who put the downpayment is still waiting for approval for financing. Later on the representative brings up they put down $15k at this point they are just trying to maximize the amount of incentive they can earn from the deal. We have a bank approval already and they have kept us waiting for hours. Note we are about 173 miles away from San Diego"

"I gave these people several chances and I had the worst experience at a Lamborghini dealer I've ever had. They advertised a car that wasn't ready to even buy for over 2-3 weeks... I kept getting told they were waiting on this... and then that... 3 weeks later and the car still isn't ready. The market drops and they say they are giving me less for my trade while i wait on them.... However, their vehicle being overpriced by at least $11,000 didn't matter....... My trade value dropped while waiting for them and they didn't even offer to adjust any pricing, given I solely was waiting on them......... Seemingly just greedy people and practices, seemingly only concerned with maximizing how much money they can milk from you for overpriced cars.... I called to express dissatisfaction with poor communication and delivery and was met with attitude from an unconcerned female receptionist, who relayed exaggerated and inflammatory messages to management.--------- Literally one of the worst experiences I have ever had and I've bought over a dozen high ticket cars."
